Arrival
Please be on time. A 10 minute grace period will be applied to your appointment at your stylist discretion. After the 10 minute grace period has passed your stylist reserves the right to alter/cancel/reschedule your appointment. If you are running late please call the salon (860)621-3622
Photo/ Video
I give Jillian & Company permission to photograph and film me. This may or may not include my facial features. Jillian & Company may utilize the photos and video for marketing, advertising, and promotion without any further consideration to me.
Cancellations/ No shows
Jillian & Company requires a 48 hour notice of appointment cancellation. If you cancel your appointment inside the 48 hour period your stylist reserves the right to charge a cancellation fee. In the event that you fail to show/cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, without prior communication with your stylist or Jillian & Company. A fee of 25% of your scheduled service must be paid in full at time of cancellation or prior to booking your next appointment. We understand that life happens, therefore please try to communicate with your stylist in a timely manner.
Products
Deposits
A $50 deposit will be required to reserve any appointment exceeding $125. Your deposit will be put toward the final cost of the service upon check out. If the deposit is not received within 24 hours after scheduling, your appointment will be cancelled. Jillian & Company requires a 48 hour notice of appointment cancellation to receive a deposit refund.
Retail products may only be exchanged if there is 90% of the product still remaining. Products may only be exchanged; no credit will be given. If there is a price difference for an exchange the client will be charged the difference plus tax. Damaged items cannot be returned. There are no refunds on hot tools
